‍‍As the founder of BYOB, a platform focused on fostering entrepreneurial growth, Rohan Kapur has long embraced innovation and adaptability. His journey—from aspiring architect to entrepreneur—reflects the core philosophy of Adaptive Intelligence.

The inspiration for the book came during his MBA application process at ISB in 2020. 

"The idea for this book has been with me for a very long time. While writing my Statement of Purpose, I realized that adaptability has been central to every aspect of my life—be it school, work, or relationships. This made me reflect on how we can all make the best of life’s uncertainties by being adaptable and solution-oriented," he shares.
